STPC 2026 In continuation of the Spring Tree Plantation Campaign 2026, Social Forestry Division-II, Karachi conducted plantation drives at Korangi Industrial Area Road near Brooks Chowrangi and at the greenbelt adjacent to the Drigh Road Railway Line near Natha Khan Flyover from 28 Feb to 3rd March

Under the ongoing Spring Tree Plantation Campaign 2026 (STPC-2026), a tree plantation drive was organized at Old Civil Hospital, Badin. Today, dated 22-01-2026, Additional Secretary (MoCC) / National Project Director, UGPP, Mr. Saad S. Khan, along with Provincial Project Director Mr. Agha Tahir Hussain Durrani and Divisional Forest Officer Mr. Husnain Dashti, visited the social forestry activities being carried out under the UGPP along the M-9 Motorway, Karachi.

The Sindh Forest Department under aegis of UGP Programme arranged a meeting/seminar on 23rd January, 2026. Chaired by Mr. Saad S. Khan, Additional Secretary, MoCC&EC, it reviewed the UGPP and other forest and wildlife related collaborative initiatives between the SFD and the MoCC & EC.

The Hon'ble Advisor (Forests) to Chief Minister Sindh, Mr. Allah Dino Khan Bhayo planted Mango sapling at Garhi Khuda Bux Bhutto Mazar. He further directed to plant 100 guava saples at the Mazar which will be planted soon
