The campaign commenced with a preparedness meeting chaired by the Deputy Commissioner Ghotki, ensuring inter-departmental coordination and stakeholder engagement. Awareness initiatives were organized in schools, colleges, madaris, and public institutions focusing on the importance of tree plantation and climate change mitigation. Various educational activities including debates, painting competitions, dramas, and essay writing were encouraged to foster environmental responsibility among students.

Plantation activities were carried out in collaboration with educational institutions, government departments, NGOs, civil society, and community representatives, reflecting strong community participation and commitment toward a greener and more sustainable District Ghotki.
